Packaged : Peanut Butter Cookie

Today, feeling hungry, I ransacked my food cupboard for cookies. Unfortunately, I did not stock up on cookies, and there were none left. However, I did find a package of cookie mix, tucked away in a tiny corner...

Luckily, only minimal ingredients were required to create this delicious, mouth-watering, irresistible, yummy, sweet treat. 

As I poured out the content of the package, the aromatic smell of peanut wafted into my nostrils. The powder did look like ground peanuts. 

In the goes the egg! Followed closely by water and oil. If I had milk on hand, I would surely have substituted the water for milk.

Mix..mix..mix... The dry and crumbly powdered slowly turned into a wet, moist cookie mix. Such temptation, to just take up the cookie mix and stuff it into my mouth!! 

Taking a small chunk of cookie mix, I spread my work area with flour, and prepared to use my 3D-printed cookie cutter to cut out patterns. 

The cookie mix was REALLY soft! I made a few puzzle pieces before I gave up, and just followed the cookie design according to the package.

These cookies were a little too sweet to my liking, but tasted really good! There is peanut taste in every munch!

 If you want to make the cookies less soft and sweet, just add some oats before baking. It makes the cookies taste even better!
