Festive : Christmas Cookies

In a blink of an eye, Christmas is here again!

 To celebrate this occasion, I brought out a cookie cutter set I got from Ikea. There are six cutters, which can make 3 types of 3D cookies. A star, a tree, and a reindeer, which can stand on it's own when assembled.

The cookie dough recipe came with the packaging from another cookie cutter set I bought.

I used mini m&m's and lemon icing to to decorate the cookies. Lemon icing is a good alternative to royal icing, as it taste less sweet, can stick cookies as well as royal icing, does not need egg whites, and only 2 ingredients is required!
