Homemade : Magical Macarons

A macaron is a sweet French confection made using egg white, icing sugar and almond meal. Macarons are commonly served with filling between 2 cookies.

A friend invited me over to her house to make macarons with cream frosting. Being interested, I accepted her offer.
I thought macarons would be hard to make. Turns out it was simple and fun!
