SP Masterchef!!!
Six months ago, Singapore Polytechnic held a Masterchef event to celebrate its 60th anniversary, and to also promote its "Diploma of Food Science and Technology (S47)".
So, on the 18th June 2014, 6 pairs of SP and secondary school bloggers whipped up a magnificent 3-course dishes in 90 minutes!
The food products that must be used includes "Lemonsi Delight", "Yamie Rice", "XO Kaya" etc. made by DFST students. Since these food products are made to be easily cooked and healthy, it should be easy to cook.....Right?
Far from it. My partner decided to make 'simple&fun', so we decided on ~Shephard pie-style rice ~JamMustard bread bites ~Lemosi Koi
We used Yamie rice, LowFatLowSalt sausages and Lemonsi delight, to complete our task. Unfortunately, hehe, didn't cook the rice properly :p

Anyways, the dessert and appetizers turned out better than expected. Who knew mustard could go well with jam! And the swimming fishes....
