Where does a cafe get their products from?: ICT trade show highlights

I scanned my registration QR code at the booth as a nicely-dressed lady directed me to take a lanyard. A quick series of whirring later, the tabletop printer produced a visitors’ card to be displayed on the lanyard.

After more than a year of lockdown, the reopening of Singapore has led to a resumption of trade shows. Food trade shows are the most exciting places to be, showcasing the latest food technology and products! Meant for people working in the food industry, this trade show caters to the cafe and restaurant businesses.

International Coffee & Tea 2022 is the 2nd food trade show post-covid, with the first ICT trade show resuming from September last year.

There were many, many booths. Chatting with the representatives, I got to learn about (and sample) their products, and would love to share some of my highlights for this show in the next few posts.

Next in the series: Tea, tea and.. more tea?
