Tea break, snack time! - ICT Asia 2022

Along the same stretch, there were booths that makes sweet products. A great way to clean your palate after a hearty meal.

Mad roaster - Cafe-cum-social enterprise, this cafe aids refugees in Asia through artwork commission while sharing their story. Support a good cause while getting your caffeine shot! I loved their Cereal latte, it was the tastiest, most milky iced latte I ever tried.

AJ delights - Also based in a hawker centre, this outlet has seen long queues daily. I was skeptical about muffins from previous experiences, but these poofy muffins did not disappoint. The biscuity streusel on top complemented the moist and flavourful muffin well. It was not overly sweet, and not the least bit dry. I was glad I bought some home.. I can see why others rave over these muffins!

Hainan cuisine & snacks - An outlet in a hawker centre, they sell traditional snacks of Hainan origin. This is the only store in SG selling Hainan kueh. Their special kueh, Yi buah (white and wrapped in banana leaf), was slightly chewy, with grated coconut and a strong taste of ginger. I liked how it was only mildy sweet.
